A few militants fight on in Philippine city ripped to shreds

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte declared the largely Muslim city of Marawi liberated. The Philippine military launched a ground offensive and airstrikes after Islamic State-linked militants seized parts of the city in May. (Oct. 19)
