Gang member who stole guns from Chicago train gets 10 years

This April 2015 photo provided by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Chicago shows several guns that were stolen by street gangs from a train stopped in Chicago. A Federal judge will sentence a purported street-gang member for a heist of 100 newly minted guns that put a focus on security at a major Norfolk Southern rail yard in a high-crime part of the city. Andrew Shelton’s sentencing Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2017, is for the theft of guns off a train stopped overnight at the South Side facility. (U.S. Attorney’s Office in Chicago via AP)
