The Enterprise Foundation, operators of Alamo, enterprise, and National rent a car centers locally, has donated two separate contributions for a total amount of $1 million to support the efforts of recovery from Hurricane Harvey.
For the Southeast U.S., the Enterprise Foundation is donating $750,000 to the American Red Cross. This is in addition to the $1 million Enterprise gave to support the recovery efforts from the hurricane two weeks ago. This also is in addition to the $1 million contributed this year to the Disaster Giving Program.
In support of franchise operations in the Caribbean, the Enterprise Foundation is contributing $250,000 to Americares, an organization committed to improving health for people affected by poverty or disaster.
