LIHUE — Ethan Gray reigned as the king with Brooke Kanna at his side as the homecoming queen, Friday as Kauai High School celebrated its homecoming at the Kauai Interscholastic Federation football contest between Kapaa and Kauai high schools.

Enjoying the final night football game of the 2017 season, the homecoming court was presented under an umbrella of music performed by the Kauai High School band under the direction of drum major Allen Jeffery “AJ” Abigania-Bueno and Daryl Miyasato.

Torrie Hasegawa reigned as Miss Raider, Keana Lovell-Obatake is Miss Football, Rachel Curnan wore the sash of Miss Spirit and Drewan Pigao was named Miss Victory.

Class representatives included freshman Jenna Takeuchi, sophomore Greta Hunt, junior Rebecca Zenger, and senior Nai‘a Manintin.

“And, we won,” Miyasato said.
