KOLOA — Pat Brun Jr. was named All Around Cowboy, and Cora Murayama got honors as the All Around Cowgirl for the three-day Plantation Days rodeo which opened the 10-day Koloa Plantation Days celebration at the CJM Country Stables.
Casera Silva picked up the honors as All Around Junior, and Kahanu Blackstad ended as the Reserve All Around Junior.
Participants worked through three days of rodeo competition under the sponsorships of Kauai Nursery and Landscaping, Hartung Bros., Kuhio Kustoms, Koloa Landing, Kalapaki Joe’s, the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa, Arthur Brun Councilman, and many more.
“The success of this three-day rodeo action could not happen without any of sponsors,” said Marti Snyder, the Koloa Plantation Days rodeo coordinator.
