Spring Celebration

Headline chefs Alan Wong, Vikram Garg, Chai Chaowasaree, DK Kodama, and George “Chef Mavro” Mavrothalassistis were joined by Kauai’s culinary talents when the Kauai Community College opened doors to the 15th annual Culinary Institute of the Pacific Spring Gourmet Gala at the college’s dining facility.

More than 300 people took advantage of the “epicurean adventure” of food and beverage pairings that provided opportunities for more than Kauai Community College culinary arts students.

Lanakila Pacific was utilized to print event shirts, and Friendship House was the purveyor of lei for all guest chefs and station vendors.

Proceeds are used to enhance the Kauai Community College culinary arts program.
