Seven aircraft tour companies on Kauai are staffing a help line available for the public to report complaints about low-flying aircraft and noise issues relating to air tour operators.
The Kauai Air Tour Help Line (KATHL) answers calls from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week.
The KATHL phone number is (808) 639-5566.
Participating Kauai aircraft tour companies include Jack Harter Helicopters, Blue Hawaiian, Safari, Mauna Loa, Sunshine Helicopters, Island Helicopters, and Wings Over Kauai.
The KATHL program has been in operation since 2009.
Officials with the program declined further comment.
