LIHUE — The Department of Parks and Recreation has scheduled a coaches’ meeting on Feb. 28 for the Mayor’s Youth Track Meet. All elementary, middle and homeschool coaches who are planning to enter their young athletes are invited to attend.
LIHUE — The Department of Parks and Recreation has scheduled a coaches’ meeting on Feb. 28 for the Mayor’s Youth Track Meet.
All elementary, middle and homeschool coaches who are planning to enter their young athletes are invited to attend.
The meeting will be held in the Lihue Neighborhood Center kitchen (old side) starting at 7 p.m.
Among the topics that will be covered are: event dates and format, rules and regulations and applications.
The Mayor’s Youth Track Meet will be held April 8-9.
Students from kindergarten to eighth-grade who would like to participate in the Mayor’s Youth Track Meet should contact their respective coaches.
