LIHUE — Tickets to the Zonta Club of Kauai’s 24th annual Eat Dessert First are now available.
Dessert and sweets aficionados can buy tickets for the Feb. 24 event at five ticket outlets or from any Zonta Club of Kauai member, or go online for pre-sale ticket pricing.
Ticket outlets include the Salty Wahine shop in Hanapepe, The Wine Shop in Koloa, Hairmates in Lihue, Vicky’s Fabrics in Kapaa, and Island Ace Hardware in the Princeville Shopping Center.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Zonta Club of Kauai Foundation’s scholarship program for graduating seniors at all Kauai high schools, and for women re-entering the workforce at Kauai Community College.
Ron Margolis and Jazzfire will fill the Aqua Kauai Beach Resort with music appropriate to the Mardi Gras theme. Guests are invited to bring their finest Mardi Gras mask or outfit to become part of the festive atmosphere on Feb. 24 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The Club at Kukuiula returns as a showcase, joining participating chefs from Haole Girl Island Sweets, the Hukilau Lanai, VIP Treats and Sweets, Mailani’s Sweet Treats, the Kauai Sweet Shoppe, Ono Pops, Wailua Shave Ice and more.
A no-host bar will be available along with beverages from Kauai Coffee and Organo Gold Black Tea and Ice Latte.
A silent auction as well as donation prize drawings will be held. Winners must be present to win.
