Last chance to comment on plan

LIHUE — Department of Parks and Recreation officials are reminding the public that the deadline to provide input on the draft preferred master plan for Black Pot Beach Park is Saturday, Dec. 31.

The master plan will set a vision for the park that will shape facility improvements over the next 20 years, and will reflect the values and voices of those who enjoy diverse activities there, such as fishing, camping, surfing, paddling, and gathering at sunset.

Comments can be emailed to: PlanBlackPotBeachPark@hhf.com.
