POIPU — Kauai Heritage Properties in Koloa is joining Elite Pacific Properties, the state’s fourth-highest volume brokerage. The combination gives Elite Pacific Properties a South Shore presence to add to its Princeville location.
The merger takes effect next year.
“With 30 years of Kauai real estate expertise, I’ve made thoughtful decisions that keep our clients’ best interests as the focus,” said Hannah Sirois, principal broker at Kauai Heritage Properties. “My decision to merge with Elite Pacific Properties, a company that is at the top of the game, doubles down on this commitment and elevates our boutique family run business into an arena where reach and resources mean everything in a global market.”
Upon the completion of the merger, the company will add a second office on Kauai, taking over the existing Kauai Heritage Properties office in Koloa, to serve the Kauai South Shore real estate market.
The merger includes current licensees Hannah Sirois, Peter Sirois, Cassady Sirois and Kristie Rutherford.
Over the next year the company is expecting to grow with more Realtors joining the new South Kauai office of Elite Pacific Properties.
“We are thrilled to announce this merger with Kauai Heritage Properties” said Paul Mayer, Elite Pacific Properties managing partner. “Hannah and Peter have a superb reputation and unrivaled expertise in Kauai luxury real estate.
With Hannah as a partner for South Kauai and with the resources of Elite to support her efforts, Mayer said, Elite Pacific Properties expects Sirois will expand her top-producing team to complement the team based in our Princeville office under the leadership of Sean Ahearn.
Established in 2009 by Hannah and Peter Sirois, Kauai Heritage Properties has closed more than 1,300 property sales and attaining a sales volume of more than $900 million.
Since 1987, Hannah has been the No. 1 selling Realtor in Poipu and is a repeating member of Hawaii’s Top 100 Realtor honor by Hawaii Business. She is also president of Kauai Board of Realtors.
Elite Pacific Properties was founded in 2005 by Stephen Cipres and Paul Mayer. The company has seven offices on Oahu, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island. Elite Pacific Properties is a full service real estate firm focused on luxury residential property sales, multi-unit projects/developer sales, vacation rentals and property management.
