Absentee mail ballot deadline Nov. 1

LIHUE — The deadline to apply for an absentee mail ballot for the General Election is Nov. 1.

Completed applications can be hand-delivered to: Elections Division Early Voting, 4386 Rice Street; Office of the County Clerk, 4396 Rice Street; Lihue Neighborhood Center, 3353 Eono Street.

Absentee mail ballot applications are available at post offices, libraries, and at most state agencies, and can be downloaded at http://elections.hawaii.gov/voters/applications/.
