KEKAHA — The Rotary Club of West Kauai is looking for at least 25 volunteers, 25 years and older, for volunteer work to improve Faye Park in Kekaha on Saturday.
The Rotary Club of West Kauai is leading the effort to improve and clean the community park as a Weinberg Friends Project. In return, the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation will provide a grant to the Salvation Army, Hanapepe Corps.
Volunteers are asked to meet at 8:30 a.m. at the front dugout with hat, gloves, sunscreen, closed-toe shoes, and a generous amount of community spirit.
Call Lt. James Combs (335-0307) to sign up, and Mike Faye (639-3900) if you have special skills to offer, such as carpentry.
