Wailua Bridge reopen
WAILUA — Wailua Bridge reopened around 7:30 p.m. after crews from the utility companies replaced a downed electrical wire. The downed wire, which was reported at 6:40 p.m., caused Kauai Police Department to close the bridge. Westbound traffic was diverted
