Helen Ruth Henriques , beloved Wife and Mother, was born on Sept. 6, 1934, in Chico, California and passed away peacefully at home on Aug. 30, 2016, at the age of 81.

She is preceded in death by her sons, James Henriques and Eugene Henriques Jr.

Helen is survived by her husband, Eugene Henriques Sr.; children, Cheryl A. (James) Kirby of Minnetonka, Minnesota; Manuel S. (Samantha) Henriques; Mary L. Henriques, Ann Henriques; William G. Henriques of Kapaa; along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and brother Bernard Hardesty of Chico, California.

Services will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2016, at the St. Catherine’s Church in Kapaa. Friends may visit with the family at 8 a.m. with Mass to begin at 9 a.m. Burial will be followed at the St. Catherine’s Cemetery.

Flowers are welcomed and casual attire is suggested.
