POIPU — Cheyanne Tannery captured top honors in the goat tying and 3D pole bending events to make it as the All Around Cowgirl for the Kauai All Girls Rodeo Association event Sunday at the CJM Country Stables in Poipu.
POIPU — Cheyanne Tannery captured top honors in the goat tying and 3D pole bending events to make it as the All Around Cowgirl for the Kauai All Girls Rodeo Association event Sunday at the CJM Country Stables in Poipu.
En route to the overall rodeo honor, Tannery finished with a fourth place in breakaway roping, and locked in two slots in the First D of barrel racing with her third place go aboard Heidi and a fifth place finish aboard Frankie.
Kim Medeiros, getting Fast Time honors in goat tying and as a heeler in the Dally team roping event, was named Reserve All Around Cowgirl.
The next KAGRA rodeo will be March 20 at the CJM Country Stables in Poipu starting at 10 a.m.
