Judith Marie Ladner of Kapaa, formerly of Leucadia, Calif., passed away at home on December 25, 2015, at the age of 59. She was born in East Orange, New Jersey on October 23, 1956, and was the Manager of Cardiff-by-the-Sea Travel Agency.
Preceded in death by her father, George Guempel, and grandmother, Agnes Howlett.
Judith is survived by her husband, Michael Ladner; two daughters, Vanessa (Abel Jr.) Souza and Dana (Antonio) Trujillo; mother, Geraldine Guempel; 5 grandchildren, Ashlynn Souza, Abel John Souza, Keli’i Souza, Matias Trujillo, Lilia Trujillo; six sisters, MaryJo (Jay) Delaney, Jerri (James) Kerrigan, Kate (George) Graham, Elaina (Thomas) Cotton, Georgette (David Winkie) Mack, Linda (Glenn) Groh; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Private service was held.
Kauai Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home assisted the Ladner family with arrangements.
