Keive Wy-Chika Kauakahi
Keive Wy-Chika Kauakahi I of Kauai, son of late George and Lesa Kauakahi, died on Nov. 25, 2015, at the age of 50 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital. Keive was born on May 25, 1965.
He is survived by his high school sweetheart and wife of 28 years, Oeita, as well as his seven sons and daughters, Keive II, Sommer Levendis, Monica, Chloe Tincher, Justin, Tabitha and Silas; two granddaughters, two brothers, Nataan and George Gali of the Big Island and extended family.

Yukio Shigeta
Yukio Shigeta of Lihue passed away peacefully at home on Nov. 8, 2015, at the age of 87. Born on March 1, 1928, in Moloaa, he worked for the Department of Water, M. Tanaka Store Inc., and retired from the County of Kauai as a plumber.
He is survived by his wife, Alice Shigeta; sons, Daryl (Martha) Shigeta of Maui, Layne (Linda) Shigeta of Puhi, Tyler (Rosie) Shigeta os Texas and Donn (Pua Chin) Shigeta of Lihue; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Matsuko Doi of Honolulu, Kikuno Wakumoto of Kapaa; sister-in-law, Esther Shigeta of Kapaa and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Yukio’s Life will be held on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015, at the Lihue Christian Church. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. with services at 11 a.m.
The family requests causal attire and are graciously declining flowers.
