Frederick Norman Quinn
Frederick Norman Quinn of Kilauea passed away at home on Oct. 20, 2015, at the age of 78. He was born in Lowell, Massachusetts on November 10, 1936. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and retired from the County of Kauai as the Automotive Shop Superintendant.
Frederick is survived by his wife, Dorothy Quinn of Kilauea; three children, Edward (Betsy) Quinn of Oregon, Tammy Quinn of Kilauea and Thomas (Maya) Quinn of Washington; 3 grandsons; one sister, Margaret “Jackie” Dezelich of Connecticut; numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, Nov. 6, 2015, at St. Sylvester Church in Kilauea with viewing from 9 a.m. and Mass celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Kauai Veterans Cemetery in Hanapepe.

Lincoln Tsuneo Takenaka Jr.
Lincoln Tsuneo Takenaka Jr. graduated from this life on Oct. 24, 2015, at Wailua Homesteads. Born on Oct. 17, 1943, he taught at various high schools throughout his teaching career.
The youngest of four children and predeceased by his parents Lincoln Tsuneo Takenaka Sr. and Elva Sakuno Nakamura.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Evelyn Ornellas Takenaka and his children Nadine (Reid) Tamayose, Ivy Takenaka, Paula Takenaka, Nephi Takenaka. Also his grandchildren Shawna Tamayose, Kiara Tamayose, Eli Duar, Charlie Schurch, Mischa Acoba, Michaela Acoba, Aikoa Niau and Tyren Takenaka.
Services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Kapaa. Condolences will commence at 8:30 to 9:50 a.m. with service to follow at 10 a.m.

Evelyn Agcaoili Pascua
Evelyn Agcaoili Pascua of Puhi, Kauai, passed away on Oct. 5, 2015, at Wilcox Memorial Hospital; at the age of 53. Evelyn was born on Nov. 30, 1961, on Kauai. She was raised in Camp 7, Eleele; and graduated from Waimea High School; Class of 1979. Evelyn graduated from Cannon’s Business College on Oahu and Kauai Community College in Business. She was also formerly Miss Gumil Hawaii in 1980.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her father, Manuel B. Agcaoili.
She is survived by her husband, Ludi Pascua, of Puhi, Kauai; two sons, Michael Agcaoili and Jordan Pascua, of Puhi, Kauai; two daughters, Cherish Pascua, of Washington State, and Krystle Pascua, of Puhi, Kauai; her mother, Erlinda Agcaoili, of Puhi, Kauai; and brother, Rey (Amy) Agcaoili, and nephews, Reyson, Reygan and Rey C. Agcaoili of Lihue, Kauai; as well as numerous, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
Friends may visit with the family on Friday, Nov. 20, 2015, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Borthwick Mortuary Chapel, in Koloa; Again, on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015, at St. Raphael Catholic Church, in Koloa, from 8 till 9:45 a.m. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. with burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.

Champ Seichi Ono
Champ Seichi Ono of Lihue passed away at home on Oct. 7, 2015, at the age of 93. He was born in Puunene, Maui on March 5, 1922. A Veteran of the United States Army he retired from the State of Hawaii as an educator.
Champ is survived by his wife Tsuneko “Sue” Ono; son, Mark (Darcy) Ono of Kapaa; daughters, Marianne (Robert) Susinetti of Maui, Annabel (Kurtis) Saiki of Maui, Kathleen (David) Ventimiglia of California; 10 grandchildren, Kristine (Juan) Cornejo, Kaleo Saiki, Katie Ann (Jr.) Bumanglag, Kyle Saiki, Kellie Ventimilia, Stephen Ventimilia, Lee (Weezy) Iboshi, Ronn (Les) Iboshi, Hunter Bilbo, Lana Bilbo; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Marjorie Yamashita, Evelyn Fukuhara, Masayo Matsui; numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, at Lihue Christian Church with visitation from 1 p.m. and services beginning at 2 p.m. Refreshments will follow.

Priscilla Ann Dang Efhan
Priscilla Ann Dang Efhan of Kapaa, Kauai, passed away in Wilcox Memorial Hospital on Oct. 26, 2015, at the age of 73. She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on March 25, 1942, and retired from Esaki’s Produce as a produce buyer and sales and Rainbow Garden.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Dang; step-father, Joseph Dang; mother, Emelia Nunes Dang; brothers, Jack “Jackie Boy” and Stephen.
Priscilla is survived by her beloved husband, Henry Efhan; sons, Darryl Efhan of Kapaa, Joel (Suzanne) Efhan of Honolulu; daughter, Donna Efhan of Kapaa; 4 grandchildren, Kaileen and Kenton of Catalina Island, CA and David and Charles Efhan of Honolulu; brothers, Michael of Kapaa, Walden of Honolulu and Derek Dang; sisters, Pamela (Orlan) Peterson of Las Vegas, Nevada, Barbara Jean Anama of Kauai and Cynthia Miranda of California; numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held on Monday, Nov. 9, 2015, at St. Catherine Church with viewing from 9 a.m. and services beginning at 10 a.m.

Basilio Agno Raza
Basilio Agno Raza of Kilauea passed away in Garden Isle Health Care on Oct. 15, 2015, at the age of 87. He was born in the Philippines on Dec. 4, 1927, and retired as a landscaper with The Cliffs at Princeville.
He was preceded in death by wife, Josefa Tagala Raza.
Basilio is survived by his wife Gorgonia Hilario of Princeville, Virgie D. Raza of Kauai; 12 children, Cecilio (Ester) Raza Sr. of London, Venancio (Sosima) Raza of Kauai, Merida (Edmund) Alfonso of Kauai, Criselda (Romeo) Ramento of Kauai, Rosalinda Raza of Kauai, Rosemarie (Ralph Jeff) Lutz of Kauai, Aida (Sixto) Agoto of Kilauea, Basil (Ruth) Raza of Hilo, Hawaii, Marilyn (Victor) Jarquio of Kauai, Murielyn (Roland Manibog) Raza of Kauai, Sara Angelina Raza of Kauai and Angelica Rose Raza of Kauai; 22 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; brother Herminio (Brigida) Raza of Kauai; sister, Florenza Herrera of the Philippines; numerous nieces and nephews.
