Annabelle Oulilani Pa Kam
Annabelle Oulilani Pa Kam of Kalihiwai, Kauai, Hawaii passed away on Oct. 12, 2015 at the age 82. She was born on July 4, 1933 on the Island of Oahu. Annabelle was a Sales Counselor for Hawaiian Memorial Life Cemetery and Borthwick Kauai Mortuary.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Elizabeth Pa; husband, Thomas W. Kam; daughter, Joann Kam; brothers, Gaylord Kaonohi, Joseph Pa and David Pa.
Annabelle is survived by her sons, Wendell (Annie) Kam of Lihue, Chauncey (Donna) Kam of Kaneohe, Thomas “Kevin” (Valencia) Kam of Kona, Abraham (Shannon) Kam of Kalihiwai, Christopher Kam of Kalihiwai and Gaylord Kam of Pearl City as well as 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Chauncey Pa, Stanton Pa and Stanford Pa; sisters, Elizabeth Chai, Harriet Nakea and numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends
A Celebration of Annabelle’s Life will be held Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Kailua, Oahu. You may visit with the family at 9 a.m. Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m.
An additional Celebration of Annabelle’s Life will take place on Kauai on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Saint Sylvester’s Catholic Church, Kilauea, Kauai. Visitation at 9 a.m. with Mass at 11 a.m. Join the family for a Paina to follow at Annabelle’s hale in Kalihiwai.
The family suggests aloha attire and respectfully asks no flowers.

Lincoln Tsuneo Takenaka Jr.
Lincoln Tsuneo Takenaka Jr. of Wailua Homesteads passed away on Oct. 24, 2015. Born on Oct. 17, 1943, he taught at various high schools throughout his teaching career.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lincoln Tsuneo Takenaka Sr. and Elva Sakuno Nakamura.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Evelyn Ornellas Takenaka, and his children, Nadine (Reid) Tamayose, Ivy Takenaka, Paula Takenaka, Nephi Takenaka. Also his grandchildren, Shawna Tamayose, Kiara Tamayose, Eli Duar, Charlie Schurch, Mischa Acoba, Michaela Acoba, Aikoa Niau and Tyren Takenaka.
Services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Kapaa. Condolences to commence at 8:30 to 9:50 a.m. with service to follow at 10 a.m.

Tabby-Lee Kuuipolani Kenoi
Tabby-Lee Kuuipolani Kenoi of Kapaa, Kauai passed away on Oct. 21, 2015, at Straub Hospital in Honolulu at the age of 36. She was born on May 2, 1979, in Hilo, Hawaii, raised by her parents in Hilo and later moved to Kauai.
Tabby was preceded in death by her father, Timothy Timseen Kenoi; paternal grandparents, Annie and Napoleon Kenoi; maternal grandparents Donato and Delphina Atiz
She is survived by her mother, Cynthia Atiz-Desamparado and stepfather, Edgardo Desamparado both of Kapaa; brothers, Timothy (Jeffrey Callejo Jr.) R N Kenoi of Kapaa, Terrance Kanoelehua Kenoi of Lihue; sister, Engelica May Atiz Desamparado of Kapaa; stepbrother, Edrick Desamparado of Kapaa; nephew, William “Ama” Kamala of Anahola and life partner, Deaven Salboro of Kapaa.
Funeral services will be held in Hilo, Hawaii, where she will be buried with her father. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2015, at the Dodo Mortuary with visitation from 9 to 10 a.m and services to follow. Burial at Homelani Cemetery will take place at 12:30 p.m. with luncheon to follow at Onekahakaha Beach Park.
Casual attire is requested by the family.
A celebration of life will be held on Kauai Saturday, Nov. 28, 2015, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Niumalu Canoe Club facility down at Kalapaki (behind JJ’s Broiler fronting the seawall).

Basilio Agno Raza
Basilio Agno Raza of Kilauea passed away in Garden Isle Health Care on Oct. 15, 2015, at the age of 87. He was born in the Philippines on Dec. 4, 1927, and retired as a landscaper with The Cliffs at Princeville.
He was preceded in death by wife, Josefa Tagala Raza.
Basilio is survived by his wife, Gorgonia Hilario of Princeville, Virgie D. Raza of Kauai; 12 children, Cecilio (Ester) Raza Sr. of London, Venancio (Sosima) Raza of Kauai, Merida (Edmund) Alfonso of Kauai, Criselda (Romeo) Ramento of Kauai, Rosalinda Raza of Kauai, Rosemarie (Ralph Jeff) Lutz of Kauai, Aida (Sixto) Agoto of Kilauea, Basil (Ruth) Raza of Hilo, Hawaii, Marilyn (Victor) Jarquio of Kauai, Murielyn (Roland Manibog) Raza of Kauai, Sara Angelina Raza of Kauai and Angelica Rose Raza of Kauai; 22 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Herminio (Brigida) Raza of Kauai; sister, Florenza Herrera of the Philippines; numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, at St. Catherine Church with viewing from 8 a.m. and Mass celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Kapaia.
