Debra “Bully” Leilani Cummings of Kapa’a, Kaua’i, Hawai’i, passed away on October 16, 2015, at the age of 63. Debra was born on December 31, 1951 in Lihu’e, Kaua’i, Hawai’i. She was a life-long entertainer and musician, who was passionate about hula.

She was preceded in death by by her parents, Alice “Sissy” Dabin and Laureano “Larry D” Dabin; grandparents, Helen I and John Rapozo Sr.

She is survived by her husband, Willie Cummings; daughter, Dionne “DeeDee” Pegeder; stepsons, Gabriel Tabanera and Kanoe Lizama; sisters, Carolin “Bootsie” (John) Kuehu, Cheryl (Nick) Makepa, Kehau Kekua; brothers, Darrel “Braddah” (Faith) Dabin, Daniel “Kaipo” (Hoku) Dabin, Carl “Keali’i” (Suzie) Dabin, Clayton “Ka’iwa” (June) Dabin, Craig “Kimo” Dabin, Larry “Kalani” (Shelby) Dabin; as well as numerous aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is deeply loved by all.

Friends may meet with the family on Saturday, October 31, 2015, at St. Catherine’s Church in Kapa’a.

Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m.; Service at 10:30 a.m.; Lunch to follow at St. Catherine’s Hall. The family suggests casual attire.
