Jen Chahanovich was named new president and CEO of Wilcox Memorial Hospital and CEO of the Kauai Medical Clinic with the retirement on June 30 of current Wilcox president and CEO Kathy Clark.
Clark announced last year that she would be retiring at the end of June to join her children and grandchildren on the Mainland.
Chahanovich has been with Hawaii Pacific Health since 2002 and is the current chief executive officer of Pali Momi Medical Center.
“We owe Kathy a debt of gratitude for her significant contributions to Hawaii Pacific Health, healthcare in Hawaii and the community of Kauai,” said Hawaii Pacific Health President and CEO Ray Vara.
He said Chahanovich is an outstanding administrator and excellent fit for Kauai.
“Jen brings a depth of knowledge and experience that will help ensure the continuity of the high level of service, quality and teamwork currently achieved by Wilcox Health,” he said.
