Happy Camper for Friday, February 13, 2015

Don’t forget this Sunday is the American Culinary Federation 29th Annual Brunch at the Kauai Community College (J Robertson was having a power meeting with Casey Quel Fitchett and Lisa Murphy Alison in the cafeteria).

Kyoko Ikeda (Dennis Chun said they’re working on the final pieces of Namahoe, the Kauai sailing canoe, on campus, now) said there’s a group of Okinawa Christian College students arriving and some of them should be at the breakfast along with their host families.

Tickets are available at the door from 7 to 11 a.m.

Meanwhile, Da Kalapaki Crew (and many others) was elated to find out the potholes in Nawiliwili will be worked on starting next week.

OK, time to go check out Chiyeno Matsumoto’s 102nd birthday and Melanie Okamoto and the Kauai Senior Centers’ Valentine’s celebration.

Happy Valentine’s Day, Kauai!
