Happy Camper for Friday, December 12, 2014

Happy birthday to Yukie-Lyn DeSilva who celebrated her special day on Pearl Harbor Day (Nancy and Randy Harker were shopping at the Kauai Culinary Market).

Charlie Martin (you never know who you run into while checking out Brolie and Bruna Stude) had no chestnuts on an open fire, but was waiting on dance lessons to end. Melissa McFerrin-Warrack was just talking about Charlie and the chestnuts, and Patrice Pendarvis (she said she’s the Artist of the Night at Palms Gallery Saturday during Art Walk) said the last time she had some was in Italy some 30 years ago.

Ann Yamamoto and Heart to Pieces will be at the Saturday Holiday Market and Craft Fair (watch out — Aletha Thomas of Monkeypod Jam said she’s bringing out the big boys) and, of course, Daphne and John McClure of Moloaa Bay Coffee (shoppers read about their stuff online) will be there with Sandi Kato-Klutke.
