Red Cross shelters to open on Kauai

Saturday, October 18, 2014, 4:25 p.m.

The following locations will open at 5 p.m. tonight as Red Cross shelters due to Hurricane Ana.

· Koloa Elementary School

· Kapaa Middle School

· Kauai War Memorial
