Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers now has a Kauai office at the Shops at Kukuiula, in addition to the company headquarters in Princeville.
With the Kauai office and another new one at The Shops at Wailea on Maui, Hawaii Life has 11 offices statewide. The locally owned company credits growth over six years and recognition from real estate and business-industry watchers, and its visibility as host of the “Hawaii Life” real estate reality show after nearly 60 episodes on the Home & Garden Television Network. More than 22 million people have watched the show.
“We are delighted to open these offices at the Shops at Wailea and the Shops at Kukuiula,” said Hawaii Life Principal Broker Matthew Beall. “We’ve had an office in Wailea for several years, but this new office in the Shops at Wailea will give us an opportunity to showcase our listings and interact with our customers and clients in a much more retail environment.”
Hawaii Life sales have grown from $4.7 million since the company opened in 2008 to more than $540 million so far in 2014. Hawaii Life manages the Hawaii Community Foundation for charitable support of community organizations to include the Hawaiian Islands Land Trust, Hawaii Public Radio and Kauai Community Radio.
“We are honored to be able to help our neighbors and ohana across the islands however we can,” Beall said. “It’s really what our company is all about.”
