Local hits hole in one at Princeville

PRINCEVILLE — Kilauea resident Stan Fiorito recorded the second hole-in-one of the year on the Prince Course’s third hole Jan. 15.

The 67-year-old found the bottom of the cup from 114 yards away while wielding an 8 iron.

A beaming Stan said he was elated to see the ball vanish off the green while playing partners Ron Dunford and Chris Sadler excitedly exchanged high fives.
