Pine Trees stabbing victim treated and released

NAWILIWILI – A 47-year-old Kapaa man was reportedly stabbed in Nawiliwili on Wednesday afternoon. He was treated at Wilcox Hospital for a puncture wound on his right arm and released Thursday morning.

The alleged attack occurred at “Pine Trees” behind Anchor Cove Shopping Center about 3:30 p.m.

During an interview with police, the victim refused to identify his assailant or implicate any of the eyewitnesses.

No arrests have yet been made.

Police are continuing their investigation.
