Micah Kamuela Nobriga Ferris was named to the boys team. He is a junior and will be back on the course next year.
Kelsea Armstrong, a freshman, held up well all season against more veteran Kapaa runners, and was named to the girls all-star squad.
Island School made its best showing in the KIF all-star placements, finishing with two girls and two boys on the team.
Chan Hsu, a senior at Island School, blossomed in the latter part of the cross country season, finishing first for the girls and made a strong showing at the Honolulu Marathon Hawaii High School Athletic Association state meet on Kauai.
The Voyager senior was joined by Carolyn Price, a freshman who consistently challenged the top Kauai High School runners, Krista Schnackenberg, a junior, and Heidi Herr, a senior.
Kauai High School, who fell short of the state meet, placed three on the all-star team, Schnackenberg, Herr, and freshman Sydney Brady who took off from the start of the season with a consistent No. 3 showing for the Red Raiders.

Kellan Wortmann, an Island School senior, was the second Voyager named to the boys all-star squad.
Kainoa Matsumoto and Brodie Noice, both Kauai High School runners, were the two named to the all-star team, Matsumoto being a senior and consistently setting the pace for the Red Raider boys, and Noice, like Hsu, coming on strong in the latter races and holding his own at the state race. Noice is a freshman.
Bradley Lumabao, getting the nod to participate in the state race, was the sole Menehune to make the all-star team. He is a senior.
