Lenore Lorelie Sanders
Lenore Lorelie Sanders of Kauai passed away on July 21, 2013 at the age of 88. Born on December 21, 1924 on Oahu, she was a singer and housewife.
She is preceded in death by her parents Blas and Candida Baldomero; siblings: Alfred Baldomero, Rose (Magno) Mabanang, Vincent Baldomero. Children; Mark Guillen, Gary Buza, Grandson, Billy Griep. (Shortly after her death) Kingsley Guillen.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at Anini Beach Park at 11 a.m. Look for white balloons. White attire is suggested.

Petronila Agustin
Petronila Hilario Agustin of Hanamaulu passed away at Garden Isle Health Care on October 5, 2013, at the age of 92. She was born in Mayantoc, Tarlac, Philippines on March 5, 1921, and retired from Wilcox Memorial Hospital as a housekeeper.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Crisanto Agustin Sr.; son, Crisanto Agustin Jr.; three sisters and one brother.
She is survived by one son, Rodolfo (Luz) Agustin of Puhi; five daughters, Remedios (Paul) Arellano of Koloa; Perla (Adolfo) Yago of Hanamaulu; Estela (Ferdinand) Caoagas of Wailua; Evelyn (Bill) Villasin of San Diego; Leticia (Lee) Dooney of San Diego; daughter-in-law; Alanna Agustin of Hanamaulu; 24 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
A wake service will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2013, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Kauai War Memorial Convention Hall. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2013, with viewing from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and Mass celebrated at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church. Burial will follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.

Helena “H” Acierto of Kapaa, Kauai passed away on October 2, 2013 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at the age of 84. She was born on April 27, 1929 in Eleele, Kauai. She was a Homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Basilio and Palabia Dabin; Brothers, Eulogio and Laureano “Larry” Dabin; Sister, Cosmiana “Ann” Parrilla; Son, Allen “Moose” Lopez; Grandson, Anthony Waipa; Granddaughter, Julianna M. Lopez; Great Granddaughter, Deysha K. Machado.

Henry “Nane” Kealakalae Kaneakua of Kilauea formerly of Kapaa, Kauai, Hawaii passed away on October 4, 2013 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born on February 14, 1930, Kawaihau, Kauai. He was a truck driver and a roofer.
He was preceded in death by parents, James and Louise Kaneakua; wife, Odetta Miner; son, Keith Kaneakua; daughter, Georgialyn Kaneakua; sister, Eloise Oclit.
He is survived by son, Kelvin Keoua Kaneakua, Lanai; Henry (Jacqueline) Miner, Oahu; Art Andrew Miner, Kapaa; stepson, Tarvin Makia, Maui; daughters, Lavenda “Tammie” Miner, Kapaa; Hennie (Troy) Villanueva, Kilauea; Eva Joy (Leslie) Peru, Kilauea; Vera (Titi) Miner, Kapaa; stepdaughter, Amlin Landers, California; 28 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren; brothers, James (Beverly) Kaneakua, Kapaa; William (Anita) Kaneakua, Kapaa; sisters, Pauline (Milton) Wise, San Diego and Elma Kaneakua, Kapaa; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Marcia Kaleo Martin, 83, of Kekaha passed away on October 9, 2013 at home surrounded by her family. Born on February 9, 1930 in Lihue, Kauai, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Willie Martin; daughters, Cindy (Glenn) Alquiza of Hanapepe, Emmylou (Lance Parongao) Martin of Eleele, and Joni (Kent) Shigematsu of Kekaha; brothers, Eddie (Yvonne) Souza of Kalaheo, and Antone Souza of Big Island; sister Gertrude Johnsen of California; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at St. Theresa Catholic Church from 8 to 10 a.m., Mass to follow. Inurnment will be at a later date. No wreaths.

Scott A. Theis
Scott A. Theis of Kalaheo passed away unexpectedly on October 11, 2013 at his residence at the age of 39. He was born at Tripler Army Medical Hospital, Oahu on March 20, 1974. He had been employed with Holo Holo Charters, PMRF-MWR, ITTMarine Department- Port Allen, Outfitters Kauai and Syngenta Co.
He is survived by his son Gabriel Theis of Kalaheo and his daughter, Samantha Mabanag of Weisbaden, Germany. He is also survived by his parents, Fred and Norma Theis of Kalaheo, brother, Ryan Theis of Puhi, Grandmother, Marie Boehm of Illinois and numerous Aunties, Uncles, Cousins and many, many, close friends.
A celebration of his life will be held Friday, October 18, 2013, at Holy Cross Church. Per Scott’s wish he continued to give with organ donations thru Legacy of Life, Hawaii and then cremation. Friends may visit with the family on Friday, October 18, 2013 at Holy Cross Church, Kalaheo. Visitation 1:30 to 3 p.m. Mass to be celebrated at 3 p.m.
Casual attire and no flowers requested. Any donations will go to a fund for his children.

Constantino “Tino” A. Venzon of Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii passed away on October 13, 2013 at the age of 88 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in the Philippines on March 21, 1925.
He was preceded in death by wife, Mildred Venzon.
He is survived by sons, Gerry (Violy) Venzon, Philippines; Jess (Letty) Venzon, California; Jaime “Jim” (Jodie) Venzon, Lihue; Jeff (Iris) Venzon, Lihue; daughters, Joy (Tony) Bonilla, Germany; Juvy (Mel) Ladera, California; sister, Wilma (Tex) Baula, Philippines; Numerous nieces and nephews and cousins and friends; Numerous grandchildren.

George Orlando
George “Keoki” Hauoli Orlando of Anahola passed away at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on October 5, 2013, at the age of 46. He was born on Oahu on March 24, 1966, and was a jack of all trades.
He is survived by his mother, May Orlando of Anahola; father, Rudolpho T. Orlando of Oahu; brother, Guy Dias of Kauai; sister, Gloria (Gregory) Gibbons of Hilo; three sons, Jordan, Keon “Kiki” and Isaiah Fernandez-Orlando; numerous other family members island wide.
A celebration of his life will be held for family on Saturday, October 26, 2013, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Pillars in Anahola Park.
Kauai Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home assisted the Orlando family with arrangements.
William Heil
William (Bill) Heil of Pflugerville, Texas, formerly of Lihue, Kauai, died on September 4, 2013 at home at the age of 69. He was born on September 7, 1943 in Hungary. He was retired from Sprint and owned and operated the UPS Store at Kukui Grove, Lihue.
He is survived by his wife, Louise Duval; daughter, Alicia Hein of Colorado; son, Aaron Heil of Texas; brother, Herman Heil; sister, Anna Loesch; 4 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews.
A funeral Mass was held at St. Elizabeth Church in Pflugerville, TX on September 9. The family requests that any contributions to be made to Wounded Warriors.
