John McClure has some loquat tea with honey, and there’s a new vendor offering champagne soda at Kauai Community Market.
Stacie Chiba said Friday is the Flavors of Kukuiula, which when first offered in February, was a huge success. People can come early, enjoy the event from 5 to 7 p.m., and then, perhaps check out the Sheraton Kauai Resorts’ RumFire Rumfest, which benefits the Kauai Humane Society.
June Cappiello, the Sheraton’s public relations manager, said proceeds from the RumFire Table 53 will benefit the Kauai Humane Society for the month of August.
The Michael Drake ohana will be doing its fire knife routine just ahead of lighting the luminaria at the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life Friday at the Kauai Christian Academy in Kilauea.
Lots of things to look forward to this Admission Day weekend.
