HONOLULU – Individual game tickets for the 12th annual Sheraton Hawaii Bowl will go on sale Monday. The Sheraton Hawaii Bowl, Hawaii’s holiday tradition, will be played at Hawaiian Airlines Field at Aloha Stadium on Tuesday, Dec. 24, at 3 p.m. local time and televised nationally on ESPN.
The Sheraton Hawaii Bowl will feature teams from the Mountain West and Conference USA. The University of Hawaii will have the opportunity to represent the Mountain West if the Rainbow Warriors are bowl eligible.
Last year’s Sheraton Hawaii Bowl featured the Fresno State University Bulldogs of the Mountain West and the Southern Methodist University Mustangs of Conference USA. The Mustangs earned the victory while tying an NCAA record for interceptions returned for touchdowns in a season, defeating the Bulldogs, 43-10.
The Sheraton Hawaii Bowl is introducing dynamic ticket pricing for 2013. Ticket prices for the bowl will be set through a model, which helps to accurately price tickets for each section of the stadium and provides fans with a variety of price points. By utilizing computer models linked to Sheraton Hawaii Bowl ticketing software, the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl will periodically adjust ticket prices upward or downward.
