POIPU — The Beach House restaurant recently earned the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, honoring its hospitality excellence.
The honor is presented to establishments wthat consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor, and is extended to qualifying businesses throughout the world.
Only the top 10 percent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive the Certificate of Excellence Award, states a release.
“The Beach House is pleased to receive a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award,” said Tim Obert, general manager for The Beach house. “We are very proud of our culinary and service team which every day share their genuine aloha with our guests. It is extremely gratifying to see that aloha reciprocated by our guests with TripAdvisor’s top service rating. We strive to offer our customers a memorable Hawaiian experience, and this accolade is evidence that our hard work is translating into positive reviews on TripAdvisor.”
To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four, or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor.
The establishment must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received by TripAdvisor within the past 12 months.
The Beach House restaurant, 5022 Lawai Road, offers island hospitality and award-winning Pacific Rim cuisine in an oceanfront setting in Poipu. It was recently honored with the Hale Aina Gold Award for the Best Kauai Restaurant for the 13th consecutive year.
