LIHUE — Hawaii State Public Library System officials are seeking feedback from library users about the state’s collections and services by opening up a customer survey till July 31.
This survey, the 2013 HSPLS Customer Satisfaction Survey, will gather responses from library users throughout the state about the public library system’s online databases; e-Learning resources; eBooks, eAudio and eMusic collection; and Internet scheduling self-service system.
The information gathered from surveys, according to a press release, will be used by HSPLS for their annual Federal Library Services and Technology Act report.
Paper versions of the survey are available at all 50 public library locations throughout the state and online at www.librarieshawaii.org.
