KPD finds runaway, Hughes

LIHU‘E — The Kaua‘i Police Department is thanking the for its help in locating a teenage runaway.

Mitchell Robert Hughes, 17, had been missing since Nov. 1, when he left his residence without permission.

According to police, Hughes has been located.
