HANALEI — County officials announced that the roof at the Hanalei refuse transfer station will be replaced later this month, which will affect its hours of operation.
The project is scheduled from Nov. 13 to Nov. 16 and Nov. 19 to Nov. 21. During this time, the transfer station will be open to the public from 1:15 to 5:15 p.m.
The project will not be worked on over the weekend so the transfer station will be open during its regular hours, 9:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., on Saturday and Nov. 18.
All county offices, the transfer stations and the Kekaha Landfill will be closed Monday.
