Happy Halloween!

Sammy and Lily Stokes of Kapa‘a, garbed as mermaids for the Mokihana Aquatics wet costume contest Tuesday, demonstrate their costumed swimming techniques at the Kaua‘i High School pool. Swimmers had to swim 50 yards in costume to earn eligibility for judging in the pre-Halloween practice.
