PO‘IPU —The Administration for Native Americans will host a two-day workshop to teach nonprofit organizations how apply for ANA funding for projects related to Native Hawaiian culture and issues.
The workshop runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 17 and 18 at the Grand Hyatt Kaua‘i Resort and Spa as part of the upcoming Na Lima Hana Festival, scheduled Oct. 17 to 20.
The festival will provide numerous hands-on teaching demonstrations and educational sessions about Native Hawaiian cultural and health practices. Workshop sessions are free but limited to 40 spaces.
ANA provides funding for programs intended to benefit Native Americans, including Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders.
