LIHU‘E — The Kaua‘i Police Department is asking for the public’s help with finding a missing Kaua‘i man.
Leon K. Efhan, 30, was last seen at the Kahului Airport on Maui Feb. 5, when he caught a flight back to Kaua‘i. He has not made contact with his family since.
Efhan is five feet, eleven inches tall and weighs roughly 190 pounds. He has brown eyes, short black hair and a beard. Efhan has a medium build, a light complexion and is of Hawaiian descent. He was last seen wearing faded black pants, a white buttoned shirt and black shoes.
Efhan has three identifiable tattoos including the name “EFHAN” on this upper back, a circle with a starburst sign on his inner left forearm and a band around his upper right arm.
Efhan is homeless in the Kapa‘a area
