PUHI — People have until Friday to get discounted tickets for the 26th Annual American Culinary Federation Breakfast at the Kaua‘i Community College cafeteria.
The pre-event ticket goes for $15 for adults, with children between 5 and 10 years old admitted for $5. Children under 5 years old are free.
Tickets at the door of the ACF Breakfast at 7 to 11 a.m. Sunday will be $18 for adults.
The annual event benefits the KCC Culinary Arts Program by providing funds to help acquire materials and supplies used by the students during their course of study. It also helps the department acquire supplies.
Billed as the largest breakfast on the island, the menu, prepared by some of the island’s finest chefs working alongside KCC culinary arts students, will include Eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs, Portuguese sausage, ham, steamed rice, hash brown potatoes, cooked-to-order omelets, carved roast beef, pancakes, assorted pastries and fresh fruits with servings of Kaua‘i Coffee, Kaua‘i Springs water and Meadow Gold juices and milk.
Ticket outlets include the Kalaheo Coffee House, the Kaua‘i Coffee Visitors’ Center, Koloa Fish Market, the Fish Express in Lihu‘e, Pono Market in Kapa‘a, Mark’s Place and Contemporary Flavors Catering in Puhi and the KCC cafeteria.
