Hawai‘i held a 21-14 halftime lead and extended it on Graves’ second scoring connection with Davis early in the third quarter. Tulane got a safety when it tackled Iosefa in the end zone late in the third quarter, following a 2-yard touchdown run by Orleans Darkwa to make it 28-23.
