Cordelia Bailey’s image ‘Waiting’ won a place in the international photography competition ‘Off the Cuff: Spontaneous and Unrehearsed.’ Her image was one of 73 chosen from 1,100 entries by photographers from 12 countries. The competition was judged by Madeline Yale, a curator and photography specialist based in Dubai and London. Waiting will appear in the upcoming ‘Off the Cuff’ exhibition at the MPLS Photo Gallery in Minneapolis from Jan. 20 through Feb. 26. Kaua‘i residents and visitors can view a cropped version of ‘Waiting’ at the Kaua‘i Society of Artists’ ‘Small Works Exhibit’ in Kukui Grove shopping center through Jan. 6.
