The Kapa‘a High School counselors’ department invites seniors and parents to the Financial Aid Workshop to be held in the school’s library at 6 p.m. Thursday.
Whether students plan to attend a four-year or a two-year college, or a vocational/technical school, it is encouraged to participate in this workshop, according to a press release.
Presenters from Pacific Aid Association, American Savings Bank and PacFAA will present information on college financial aid, federal and state aid programs and how to complete the FAFSA application.
The Financial Aid Workshop is scheduled every year for seniors, but freshman, sophomores, juniors and parents are also invited, according to the release.
The KHS administration is included on the agenda and will present the KHS’ academic and financial plan for 2012–13 school year.
