Hanapepe man arrested on drug charges

MOLOA‘A — Kaua‘i police arrested a man wanted on numerous warrants and charges without incident on Friday, a county news release states. 

Bronson Balino, 27, of Hanapepe, was observed by a KPD officer to be driving on Kuhio Highway in the  vicinity of mile marker 16 on Friday afternoon. He was stopped and arrested on outstanding bench warrants for drug trafficking, promoting a dangerous drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also arrested for driving with a suspended license and other pending drug-related charges, the release states.

Balino was released on bail, which was set at $30,150.
