“My lawyers are preparing a motion to ask the judge to give them transcript of the grand jury,” said Mordechai “Motty” Orian, CEO of Global Horizons. “After what happened in this case, now there is a suspicion that (the prosecutor) didn’t present the right things (to the grand jury).
