Woman missing

LIHU’E — The Kaua‘i Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Koloa woman, states a county press release.

Roseanna Pontorno, 61, was last seen Tuesday at about 1 p.m. when she was heading out to the beach. Pontorno did not return home and has not made contact with her family since.

Police located the woman’s vehicle in the Po‘ipu area but have been unable to locate her. Her family is concerned for her welfare.

Pontorno is of Caucasian descent, about 5’4” and weighs 140 pounds. She has brown hair, brown eyes and a fair complexion.
