The Philippine Island Hawaiian Island Cycling Club is presenting its PIHI Tour 342 South Shore Cruise on July 30 starting at 8:30 a.m. from the Hanama‘ulu Beach Park pavilion.
The “Design Your Ride 42- or 28-mile” tour is tied in with the club’s “Better Health, Better Environment, Community Involvement” theme and starts at Hanama‘ulu Beach Park.
The 28-mile tour cuts away from the pack at Maluhia Road, traveling through the tree tunnel and making its way to the Po‘ipu Beach Park turnaround before returning to Hanama‘ulu.
Riders on the 42-mile tour make their way past Maluhia Road until the ‘Ele‘ele Shopping Center turnaround before returning to Lawai where the group turns onto Koloa Road for a tour to the Po‘ipu Beach Park, returning to Hanama‘ulu via Maluhia Road.
The ride is billed for PIHI Club members and guests.
