Summer Classic tennis registration deadline Friday

Deadline for registration or the Po‘ipu Kai Charity Tennis Doubles is Friday.

Billed as the Koloa Plantation Days Summer Classic, the Po‘ipu Kai Charity Tennis is one of the many events held during the week-long Koloa Plantation Days celebration and proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Kaua‘i United Way.

Entry fee is $20 per person for the Mens and Women’s Doubles tournament which will be played July 23 and 24 at the Po‘ipu Kai tennis courts.

Tournament divisions include the A Division (4.0-4.5), the B Division (3.5-4.0) and the C Division (3.0-3.5).

Lunch is provided for all players and guests are welcome to participate in the lunch at noon for a donation of $10.

Registration for the lunch-only are also encouraged.
