• A story titled “Sex offender arraigned on new charges” that printed on A1 on Tuesday should have indicated that Ernest R. Moniz Jr. is charged on five counts of first-degree sexual assault and two counts of third-degree sexual assault. Third-degree sexual assault is a Class C felony and carries a maximum penalty of five years.
