Lurguial M. Counts
Alleged crimes: First-degree robbery, first-degree attempted assault and theft of a credit card
Court dates: Aug. 22 jury trial
The grand jury returned an indictment against Counts alleging that on April 6, he and two others committed the offenses by attempting to kill or inflict serious bodily injury on another person during the course of a theft. The grand jury also indicted him on theft of a credit card arising out of the same incident.
Niquitta Kilmer
Alleged crimes: First-degree robbery and first-degree attempted assault
Court dates: None. Warrants were issued for Kilmer with bail set at $40,000
The grand jury returned an indictment against Kilmer alleging that on April 6, she and two others committed the offenses by attempting to kill or inflict serious bodily injury on another person during the course of a theft.
Kekoa J.K. Krueger
Alleged crimes: First-degree robbery and first-degree attempted assault
Court dates: None. A warrant was issued for Krueger with bail set at $40,000

Ronald Contrades Jr.
Alleged crimes: Unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree burglary and second-degree theft
Court dates: Arraigned on May 12
The grand jury returned an indictment against Contrades alleging that on Dec. 6, 2010, he committed the offenses by unlawfully entering a vehicle and a building and obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over the property of another, the value of which exceeds $300.
Haunani Carineo
Alleged crimes: First-degree forgery and second-degree theft
Court dates: None. A warrant was issued and bail was set at $11,000
The grand jury returned an indictment against Carineo, alleging that on March 23, 2010, she committed the offenses by forging a postal money order in the amount of $950 and obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over that money.
Kal M. O. Tanigawa
Alleged crimes: Second-degree theft, fourth-degree theft and three counts of second-degree forgery
Court dates: July 18 jury trial
The grand jury returned an indictment against Tanigawa, alleging that on March 4, he committed the offenses by obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over checks and $500 and forging three checks.
Drug offenses
Paulmert Dasalia
Alleged crimes: Two counts of third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug, third-degree promotion of a detrimental drug and two counts of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
Court dates: July 18 jury trail
The grand jury returned an indictment against Dasalia, alleging that on March 29, he committed the offenses by possessing methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
David N. Vitt
Alleged crimes: Two counts of third-degree promotion of a harmful drug, two counts of third-degree promotion of a detrimental drug and three counts of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia
Court dates: None. A warrant was issued and bail was set at $10,100.
The grand jury returned an indictment against Vitt, alleging that on Oct. 4, 2010 he committed the offenses by possessing marijuana, marijuana concentrate, more than 25 marijuana plants and drug paraphernalia.
Stanley Miguel
Alleged crimes: Third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and consuming or possessing intoxicating liquor while operating a motor vehicle
Court dates: June 13 jury trial
The grand jury returned an indictment against Miguel, alleging that on April 6, he committed the offenses of by possessing methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and a can containing intoxicating liquor while driving.
Andrew Galbraith
Alleged crimes: Third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug, third-degree promotion of a detrimental drug and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia
Court dates: None. A warrant was issued and bail set at $2,050.
The grand jury returned an indictment against Galbraith, alleging that on March 23, he committed the offenses by possessing cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Jason L. Martin
Alleged crimes: First-degree terroristic threatening, first-degree methamphetamine trafficking, third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug, third-degree promotion of a detrimental drug and two counts of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia
Court dates: None. A warrant was issued and bail set at $10,000.
The grand jury returned an indictment against Martin, alleging that on Feb. 12, 2010, he committed the offenses by threatening to cause bodily injury to a police officer and possessing drug paraphernalia and one ounce or more of methamphetamine and marijuana
William E. Mayo
Alleged crimes: Three counts of third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug, third-degree promotion of a detrimental drug and three counts of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia
Court dates: None. A warrant was issued and bail set at $6,050.
The grand jury returned an indictment against Mayo alleging that on Feb. 22, he committed the offenses by possessing methamphetamine, morphine, methadone, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Timothy L. Conwill

Court dates: May 10 arraignment and plea hearing
The grand jury returned an indictment against Conwill, alleging that on Dec. 10, 2009, he committed the offenses by distributing and possessing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Reynold T. Kemekona
Alleged crimes: Third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia
Court dates: None. An arrest warrant was issued and bail set at $2,000.
